1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of bookmethods.com, the BookMethods intake and onboarding flow, and any mentorship, community, or related services offered by BookMethods. By using the site, submitting an intake, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. The service
BookMethods offers educational mentorship focused on matched betting, sportsbook hedging, offer evaluation, bankroll planning, recordkeeping, and decision review. A typical engagement lasts 30 days and may include one-to-one guidance, educational materials, community access, BookBot access in Discord, and limited access to third-party tools identified at enrollment.
Completing an intake does not guarantee acceptance or create a mentorship relationship. Service begins only after enrollment is confirmed and any required payment is completed.
3. No earnings guarantee and assumption of risk
BookMethods does not guarantee profit, income, returns, promotion availability, sportsbook eligibility, or any specific outcome. Matched betting and hedging can involve real-money wagering and financial loss. Odds move, terms change, promotions may be voided, accounts may be limited or closed, and execution or recordkeeping errors can be costly.
You make all wagering and financial decisions yourself and accept full responsibility for them. BookMethods does not place wagers, hold or manage your money, or control any sportsbook account.
4. Eligibility and legal compliance
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use sportsbooks or wagering services, you must be of legal age and legally permitted to do so in your location. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, sportsbook terms, tax obligations, and geographic restrictions that apply to you.
You may not use BookMethods to facilitate unlawful activity, evade platform restrictions, misrepresent your identity, or access an account that you do not own or have authority to use.
5. Educational information, not professional advice
BookMethods provides educational information only. Nothing provided is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or therapeutic advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional about decisions that require professional advice.
BookBot responses are generated using artificial intelligence and retrieved reference material. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confidence indicators and coach escalation are support features, not guarantees of accuracy or immediate human review. Verify material decisions with a coach before acting.
6. Pricing, payment, cancellation, and refunds
Pricing, payment timing, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms are presented before checkout or agreed with you in writing. Those transaction-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms and control if they conflict with this section. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes or charges that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. BreadSync access and other included benefits
When stated in the enrollment offer, BookMethods enrollment includes one complimentary month of BreadSync access covering the 30-day coaching period. This benefit has no cash value, is personal to the enrolled client, and is subject to BreadSync's availability, terms, and privacy policy. BookMethods may replace an unavailable benefit with a reasonably comparable one.
8. Community and participant conduct
Community access may be provided through Discord. You agree to communicate respectfully, avoid harassment or spam, and follow any posted community rules. Do not post sportsbook credentials, payment card information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information in community channels. Community messages are visible to other participants and should not be treated as confidential.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
The BookMethods site, branding, written materials, frameworks, recordings, templates, and other original content are owned by BookMethods or its licensors. During an active engagement, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials for your own educational purposes. You may not resell, republish, distribute, record, scrape, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
10. Third-party services
BookMethods relies on or links to services operated by others, including Typeform, Stripe, Discord, Vercel, BreadSync, Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, and sportsbooks. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. BookMethods does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, account decisions, odds, promotions, or conduct.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." BookMethods disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMethods and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, wagering losses, account restrictions, or loss of data arising from the services or your decisions. BookMethods' total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid BookMethods for the service giving rise to that claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the extent legally permitted.
13. Suspension and termination
BookMethods may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, payment fraud, harassment, threats to service security, or misuse of program materials. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will survive.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
